Our Booking Policy
A minimum $100 deposit is required for all bookings. If during your consultation with Anastaszia it is deemed you are not medically fit for one of our treatments, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling appointments. If the change is due to medical reasons, re-book no sooner than 2 weeks after the date of your medical visit.

All no shows will be charged the full amount of the service they booked for.
Refund Policy
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards, gift certificate, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Desert Divas & Dons Medi Spa will be void. All funds are in Canadian dollars.

SALES
All sales on services and packages are final. In some instances an in-house credit may be applied
that is non-transferable.
