Booking & Cancellation Policy
Desert Divas & Dons Medi Spa's goal is to provide quality care to all our patients and clientele in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Desert Divas & Dons Spa, we value both your time and ours. The following policy is in place to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients and staff. By booking any service with us, online, in person, or by phone - you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking Agreement
When you book an appointment, you are reserving a time slot exclusively for your service. Our time is reserved specifically for you, and as such, we do not double-book or overbook our practitioners.

Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation that outlines the date, time, and cancellation policy. This constitutes your binding agreement with Desert Divas & Dons Spa.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your package or deposit.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is considered a late change and will be treated the same as a late cancellation.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, work, travel, or emergencies.​
3. No-Shows
A no-show is defined as failing to attend your appointment without any prior notice. All no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the session, with no exceptions.

After two no-shows, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining appointments in your package and refuse future bookings at our discretion.

4. Packages and Prepaid Services
All prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments due to cancellation or no-show policies above will be deducted from the remaining value of your package.
Unused portions of packages will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Emergencies
We understand that rare and serious emergencies may arise. While we may, at our sole discretion, allow one grace rescheduling per year, we are under no obligation to do so, and documentation may be requested. This does not waive the terms of this agreement.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card chargeback or dispute in relation to a session forfeited under this cancellation policy is a breach of this agreement. We will respond with all supporting documentation, including this policy and your confirmation records, and reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and applicable fees through legal or collection avenues.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Desert Divas & Dons Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. This policy is publicly available on our website and linked in all appointment confirmations. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards, gift certificates, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Desert Divas & Dons Medi Spa will be void. All funds are in Canadian dollars.

SALES
All sales on services and packages are final. In some instances an in-house credit may be applied
that is non-transferable.
